Open the Command Prompt administrator window.

Run the command below, then click Enter.

Sfc /scannow

Once done, restart your PC and run the Media Creation Tool.

If you are still having issues,

Click Windows + R key, type regedit.exe, and click ok.

Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4d36e965-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}

Delete the 'lower filters' and 'upper filters' values on the right side and exit the registry.

Restart your computer and mount the ISO file.
