I don’t know how to fix this. I’ve contacted to my school for over ten times, but they kept telling me my account is all good and they said it’s my problem. Therefore, I went to use computers in public library, but still ended failed. Please can someone come help me.

    • Are you trying to sign in to Outlook, or another Microsoft service?
    • If it is Outlook, are you using the desktop application or accessing it via the web?
    • If the issue occurs in the app, could you try signing in through https://office.com/ and check if it works there?
