我有試過把OFFICE的使用者上的MAIL 帳號登錄看看,試過*****@ hotmai.com, 和 ***@365.site 但都不行

我想知道如何查詢這套OFFICE的金鑰(序號)? 或乾脆直接續購, 如果要續購要如何進行?

Hello,

There is no need for a product key in order to activate Microsoft 365 apps, you just need to sign in with the account where the office license associated with.

To further check on which is the correct account the Office license associated to, just to go to account.microsoft.com/services > then from the subscription, you can see there if the subscription is active on the account you signed in. If its not there, then try the other account to check.
