Hi Service 盛达,
your environment is not generating enough data to trigger the size threshold quickly, Firehose defaults to waiting its maximum interval of nine hundred seconds before pushing the payload to the Datadog HTTP endpoint, effectively breaking the real-time nature of Metric Streams.
To resolve this, edit the destination configuration of your Firehose stream within the AWS Management Console to align with Datadog's required buffering hints. You must lower the buffer interval to sixty seconds and set the buffer size to four megabytes. This forces the stream to flush telemetry data to Datadog every minute or whenever four megabytes accumulate, instantly reducing your delivery latency to near real-time.
Also verify that you have disabled the legacy Datadog AWS integration API crawler for the specific metric namespaces you are now streaming. Running the traditional API polling method concurrently with the Metric Stream forces Datadog to process duplicate data sets on vastly different timelines, which creates persistent latency artifacts in your monitoring dashboards.
