我最近更換了主機板與 CPU（錯誤代碼 0xc004f211），且不小心在帳號頁面把舊裝置清單刪除了。舊電腦已拆除不再使用，請幫我人工核對帳號並在大陸/台灣伺服器端協助開通這台新電腦，謝謝！

既然你最初单独购买了Windows Home，后来升级到Pro，请确认Windows Pro目前已安装。你的原始Home密钥无法直接激活Pro。

点击开始>输入Winver，按回车>截图并发回来。

你最近在这台设备上更换硬件>，用购买Pro升级的Microsoft账户，尝试过设置>>系统激活>故障排查吗？

I purchased a retail home edition license separately.

But about 2 years ago I upgraded to Pro Edition on the Microsoft marketplace online.

I’ve tried change product key but still can’t work.

Reactivation after replacing the motherboard depends on your original license.

Was Windows preinstalled on your old computer, or did you purchase a retail license separately?

If you have the original retail product key, try Settings > System > Activation > Change product key, ensuring the installed Windows edition matches your license.

If your digital license was linked to your Microsoft account, try Activation > Troubleshoot > I changed hardware on this device recently, then sign in with that same account.

Preinstalled OEM licenses are generally tied to the original device, a motherboard replacement may require a new license.
