I don’t really like this dialog, it is confusing and really hard to read for me. I just simply don’t like it:

    At least the word "data" is correctly treated as plural. :)

    May be some registry key exists to control behavior? E.g. make max data to show this notification really large.

    Completely agree!  It's stupid... my machine has 8 gigs of RAM and this thing is complaining about a few hundred K of data. On my last computer I found a way to stop it (95% sure it was a registry entry) but I can't remember how... :^(
