Is the service pack only for UI stuff, or will the final one also contain bug fixes of the compiler? Specifically fixing all places where you compile to .NET 3.5 but the DLL incorrectly gets tagged as .NET 4.0? (Is the compiler considered as part of Visual Studio, or is there another place where updates can be gotten for it?)
