工作流程

啟用和觸發本機 Windows Autopilot 重設需要下列步驟：

1. 請確定已在觸發 Windows Autopilot 重設的裝置上安裝 WinRE。
2. 請確定 Intune 系統管理員在 Intune 中具有適當的許可權，可執行遠端 Windows Autopilot 重設。
3. 在 Intune 中，從遠端觸發裝置上的 Windows Autopilot 重設。
4. 強制裝置啟動遠端 Windows Autopilot 重設 (選用) 。

觸發遠端 Windows Autopilot 重設

若要透過 Intune 觸發遠端 Windows Autopilot 重設，請遵循下列步驟：

1. 請確定已在執行 Windows Autopilot 重設的裝置上正確設定並啟用 Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) 。 您可以透過下列命令，使用 REAgentC.exe 工具 來啟用 WinRE：

   reagentc.exe /enable
   

2. 請確定起始遠端 Windows Autopilot 重設的 Intune 系統管理員是 Intune 服務管理員角色的成員。 如需詳細資訊，請 參閱新增使用者並將系統管理許可權授與 Intune。

3. 登入 Microsoft Intune 系統管理中心。

4. 在 [ 首頁] 畫面中，選取左窗格中的 [ 裝置 ]。

8. 隨即顯示 Autopilot 重設警告訊息。 選 取 [是 ] 繼續。

9. 應該會顯示確認 Autopilot 重設已起始的訊息。 Windows Autopilot 重設應該會在稍後於裝置上啟動。

Autopilot 重設完成後，裝置就會再次可供使用。

強制裝置啟動遠端 Windows Autopilot 重設

不同於 本機 Windows Autopilot 重設，當裝置起始遠端 Windows Autopilot 重設時，重設可能不會立即啟動。 相反地，當裝置下次簽入 Intune 並取得更新原則時，就會進行重設。 如需詳細資訊，請參閱 原則重新整理間隔

從遠端強制裝置啟動遠端 Windows Autopilot 重設

若要強制裝置從遠端取得最新的 Intune 原則，請遵循下列步驟：

1. 登入 Microsoft Intune 系統管理中心。

2. 在 [ 首頁] 畫面中，選取左窗格中的 [ 裝置 ]。

3. 在 [ 裝置] 中 |概觀 畫面， 在 [依平臺] 底下，選取 [Windows]。

4. 在 Windows 中 |Windows 裝置 畫面的 [ 裝置名稱] 底下，選取起始遠端 Windows Autopilot 重設的裝置。

5. 在顯示裝置屬性的開啟頁面中，選取視窗頂端工具列中的 [ 同步 處理]。

6. 隨即顯示同步警告訊息。 選 取 [是 ] 繼續。

這些步驟應該會強制裝置取得最新的 Intune 原則。 Autopilot 重設應該會在稍後開始。

在本機強制裝置啟動遠端 Windows Autopilot 重設

若要強制裝置在裝置本機取得最新的 Intune 原則，請登入起始遠端 Autopilot 重設的裝置。 登入裝置后，選取下列連結，在 [設定] 應用程式中開啟 [帳戶>存取公司或學校] 窗格：

存取公司或學校

或

1. 以滑鼠右鍵按兩下 [ 開始 ] 選單，然後選取 [ 執行]。

2. 在 [ 執行] 視窗中， 於 [開啟：] 旁輸入：

   ms-settings:workplace
   

   然後選取 [ 確定]。

或

1. 以滑鼠右鍵按兩下 [ 開始 ] 選單，然後選取 [ 設定]。

2. 在 [ 設定] 應用程式中 ：

   • Windows 11

     1. 選 取 左側窗格中的 [帳戶]。
     2. 在 [ 帳戶] 頁面中，選 取 [存取公司或學校]。

   • Windows 10

     1. 選 取 [帳戶]。
     2. 在左側窗格中，選 取 [存取公司或學校]。

在 [設定] 應用程式中開啟 [存取公司或學校] 窗格之後，請遵循下列步驟：

1. 在 [帳戶>存取公司或學校] 窗格中，選取 [user@domain<>連線] 以展開區段。

2. 在展開的區段中，選取 [依組織管理]> 旁<的 [資訊] 按鈕。

3. 在 [由組織>管理<的帳戶>存取公司或學校>] 頁面的 [裝置同步狀態] 下，選取 [同步處理] 按鈕。

這些步驟應該會強制裝置取得最新的 Intune 原則。 Autopilot 重設應該會在稍後開始。
