工作流程

需要執行下列步驟才能啟用並觸發本機 Windows Autopilot 重設：

1. 請確定觸發 Windows Autopilot 重設的裝置上已安裝 WinRE。
2. 請確定 Intune 系統管理員在 Intune 中具有適當的權限，以執行遠端 Windows Autopilot 重設。
3. 在 Intune 中，在裝置上遠端觸發 Windows Autopilot 重設。
4. 強制裝置啟動遠端 Windows Autopilot 重設 (選用) 。

Windows Autopilot 重設完成後，裝置即可再次可供使用。

遠端強制裝置啟動遠端 Windows Autopilot 重設

若要強制裝置從遠端取得最新的 Intune 原則，請遵循下列步驟：

1. 登入 Microsoft Intune 系統管理中心。

2. 在 主 畫面中，選取左窗格中的 [ 裝置 ]。

3. 在 裝置 |[概觀 ] 畫面的 [ 依平台] 底下，選取 [Windows]。

4. 在 Windows |Windows 裝置 畫面的 [ 裝置名稱 ] 底下，選取起始遠端 Windows Autopilot 重設的裝置。

5. 在顯示裝置屬性的開啟頁面中，選取視窗頂端工具列中的 [同步處理 ]。

6. 隨即顯示同步警告訊息。 選取 [ 是 ] 以繼續。

這些步驟應強制裝置取得最新的 Intune 原則。 此後不久就會開始 Windows Autopilot 重設。

在本機強制裝置啟動遠端 Windows Autopilot 重設

若要強制裝置在裝置上本機取得最新的 Intune 原則，請登入起始遠端 Windows Autopilot 重設的裝置。 登入裝置之後，選取下列連結，在 [設定] 應用程式中開啟 [帳戶>存取公司或學校] 窗格：

存取工作或學校帳戶

或

1. 以滑鼠右鍵按一下 [開始] 功能表並選取 [執行]。

2. 在 [執行] 視窗的 [開啟：] 旁邊，輸入：

   ms-settings:workplace
   

   然後選取 [確定]。

或

1. 以滑鼠右鍵按一下 [開始] 功能表並選取 [設定]。

2. 在 [設定] 應用程式中：

   • Windows 11

     1. 選取左側窗格中的 [帳戶 ]。
     2. 在 [帳戶] 頁面上，選取 [存取公司或學校]。

   • Windows 10

     1. 選取 [帳戶]。
     2. 在左側窗格中，選取 [存取公司或學校]。

在 [設定] 應用程式中開啟 [存取公司或學校] 窗格後，請遵循下列步驟：

1. 在 [帳戶>存取公司或學校] 窗格中，選取 [由user@domain>連線] < 以展開區段。

2. 在展開的區段中，選取 [由<組織>管理] 旁邊的 [資訊] 按鈕。

3. 在 [帳戶>存取工作或學校>] [由組織>管理<] 頁面的 [裝置同步處理狀態] 底下，選取 [同步處理] 按鈕。

這些步驟應強制裝置取得最新的 Intune 原則。 此後不久就會開始 Windows Autopilot 重設。
