Corptax Connector 讓使用者能無縫整合 Corptax 資料到其業務工作流程中。 它能自動將資料載入 Corptax，簡化從關鍵模組（包括實體屬性、合規、供應及國際）匯出，並透過 Corptax 購物車支援自動化，幫助團隊節省時間並提升準確性。

此連接器適用於以下產品和區域：

Corptax 連接線

Corptax Connector 提供一種與 Corptax 資料互動的方式，讓使用者能自動化其業務流程。

先決條件

您將需要以下內容才能繼續：

  • Microsoft Power Apps 或 Power Automate 計畫，附有自訂連接器功能
  • 一個授權用於 Corptax Connector 的 Corptax 環境

支援的作業

連接器支援下列作業：

  • Export Data from Corptax：透過預先定義的 Corptax 套件與連接器從 Corptax 取得資料
  • Export eFile package Contents： 從 Corptax 應用程式中的 e-File View 套件視窗擷取詳細資訊
  • Import Data into Corptax：允許使用者透過預先定義的 Corptax 套件及連接器將資料傳送至 Corptax。
  • List Corptax Lookups and Lookup Details： 從 Corptax 應用程式中的查詢視窗取得查詢資訊
  • List eFile Groups： 回傳 eFile 群組中存在的實體
  • List Entities and Property Details：匯出Corptax實體清單及相關屬性
  • List Entity Navigator Views：取得Corptax實體視圖及每個視圖中包含的物業
  • Create or update secret value：在指定的金鑰保存庫中設定秘密
  • List secret versions：列出指定密碼的所有版本
  • Retrieve Import History Report from Corptax：讓使用者能取得先前上傳的匯入歷史報告
