Teamflect Power Automate 連接器

先決條件

若要使用此連接器，您將需要下列專案：

  1. 包含自訂連接器支援的 Microsoft Power Apps 或 Power Automate 方案。

  2. 具有存取相關資料所需 API 權限的 Teamflect 帳戶。

  3. Power Platform CLI 工具 來建置和部署連接器。

建置連接器

Teamflect API 透過 API 金鑰進行保護。 若要透過此連接器存取 API，您必須取得 Teamflect API 金鑰，並在 Power Automate 中安全地設定它。

建置和設定連接器的步驟：

  1. 取得 API 金鑰：

    • 登入您的 Teamflect 帳戶並導航至 API 設定頁面。

    • 產生 API 金鑰並妥善保存。 配置連接器時，您需要使用此金鑰。

  2. 下載連接器檔案：

    • 確保您擁有 Teamflect API 的 API 定義（OpenAPI/Swagger 檔案）。 此檔案定義連接器支援的作業和資料結構。

  3. 部署連接器：

    • 使用 Power Platform CLI 部署連接器。

    • 執行下列命令來建立連接器：

      paconn create --api-def apiDefinition.swagger.json --api-prop apiProperties.json --secret <api_key>

  4. 測試連接器：

    • 部署之後，請使用任何支援的作業建立 Power Automate 流程來測試連接器。
