HP Workforce Experience Platform (WXP) for Security Copilot 外掛讓使用者能查詢車隊資料並快速且有效率地獲得回覆。 此外掛可回答有關電腦保固、Windows 11 準備程度及資源消耗的問題。 它也能回應裝置的使用年齡/穩定性/健康狀況、安全性、藍屏，以及應用程式效能，包括當機和當機。

開始之前的須知事項

HP Workforce Experience (WXP) for Security Copilot 外掛使用 OAuth 2.0 來與 WXP 服務進行認證。 這需要使用者憑證來進行認證。

使用者憑證

  1. 登入 HP Workforce Experience Platform (https://workforceexperience.hp.com/) 作為 IT 管理員。
  2. 到帳戶管理，選擇 使用者 標籤。
  3. 新增一個使用者 (需要存取外掛的人Security Copilot) 。
  4. 新增使用者時，可以選擇 HP ID 或 AAD 的 IDP。 此使用者可擔任報告管理員或資訊管理員。

注意事項

  1. 此使用者應僅屬於 HP Workforce Experience Platform 中的一個客戶帳號。
  2. 無論使用者建立流程中選擇哪個 IDP，當 Security Copilot 觸發 OAuth 流程時，都必須輸入 HP ID。

客戶憑證

驗證過程中一個關鍵環節是用戶端憑證。 HP WXP 的用戶端憑證可從 https://developers.hp.com/取得。

  1. 如果你還沒有帳號，請註冊。https://developers.hp.com/
  2. 寄信給 workforceexperience@hp.com 請求啟用 API 憑證，請求在 PI API 中取得存取權限
  3. 或者，從 建立 https://workforceexperience.hp.com/ 一個案例。 在開發者入口網站中加入註冊時使用的電子郵件地址。 另外，請在開發者入口網站中申請啟用這些功能。
  4. 案件產生後，啟用時間長達24小時。
  5. 移至https://developers.hp.com/hp-proactive-management。
  6. 選擇「取得憑證」以對應 HP Proactive Insights 分析。
  7. 在重定向網址中輸入 https://securitycopilot.microsoft.com/auth/v1/callback。
  8. 請將「客戶識別碼」留空。
  9. 在屬性 -> 範圍中，選擇「讀取」的勾選框。
  10. 選擇「建立」。
  11. API 憑證會被產生。
  12. 要存取憑證，請點擊右上角的電子郵件到你的個人檔案。
  13. 選擇我的 API 憑證。

Microsoft Security Copilot 整合配置

  1. 移至https://securitycopilot.microsoft.com/。

  2. 選擇「來源」圖示。

  3. 在「非 Microsoft」區塊中，找到外掛「HP Workforce Experience」。

    注意事項

    你可能會看到兩個插件——一個給美國，一個給歐洲。 根據客戶公司在 HP Workforce Experience Platform 中建立的地區，使用該外掛。

  4. 選取 [設定]。 彈出視窗出現。

  5. 輸入 ClientID 和 ClientSecret。

  6. 當提示輸入你的使用者憑證時。

排除 HP Workforce Experience Platform 外掛的故障

錯誤時有發生

如果你遇到錯誤，例如： 無法完成請求或 發生未知錯誤，請確保外掛已開啟。 如果問題依舊，請登出 Security Copilot，然後再登入。

提示沒有呼叫正確的功能

如果提示詞沒有呼叫正確的功能，或是提示詞呼叫了其他能力集，你可能會有自訂外掛或其他外掛，這些外掛功能與你想用的能力集相似。
