chrono 文字

（C++14）標頭 <chrono> 會定義 12 個使用者定義的常值，這些常值 代表小時、分鐘、秒、毫秒、微秒和奈秒。 每個使用者定義常值皆有整數和浮點多載。 常值會定義于內嵌命名空間中 literals::chrono_literals ，這會在範圍中時自動 std::chrono 帶入範圍。
