當 getCurrentInterruptionFilter（） 狀態改變時，會廣播的意圖。 此廣播僅發送給註冊接收器，且（從Build.VERSION_CODES開始。Q） 已獲准「請勿打擾」存取的封包接收器（參見 isNotificationPolicyAccessGranted（））。
