了解使用者是否能為輸入提供任意值。 若將此設定為 false，使用者必須在 getChoices（） 中選擇其中一個選項。 如果你將此設定為 false，且 getChoices（） 回傳 null 或空，則會拋出 IllegalArgumentException。
