DefaultBlockBlobBlockSize	Default block size when transferring block blob, 8MB.
DefaultMemoryChunkSize	Default memory chunk size of memory pool, 4MB.
DefaultTransferChunkSize	Default size for a chunk transferring, 4MB.
DirectoryBlobMetadataKey	The metadata key for empty blobs which represent directories in file system.
MaxBlockSize	Stores the max block size, 100MB.
