備註

如果屬性已經載入，則不會重新載入。 如果它們不是最新的，請呼叫物件上的方法 Refresh 來刷新屬性。

若缺少足夠資訊，則會提出例外。 如果該物件不存在於伺服器端，該方法會回傳 false。 否則，屬性會被載入，方法會回傳 true。
