Remarks
This method is an implementation of the SetDropdownBar method on the IVsDropdownBarClient interface.
The base method sets an internal field with the given IVsDropdownBar object. This object is used to refresh the combo boxes in the internal method SynchronizeDropdowns
(see the "Notes for Callers" section in the TypeAndMemberDropdownBars class for details on this internal method). The base method always returns a success code of S_OK.
