Retrieves the next group of toolbox tabs.

Parameters
- celt
- UInt32
[in] Number of toolbox tabs to return. If this value is zero, nothing is returned.
- rgelt
- String[]
[out] An array of strings. Contains pceltFetched
objects.
- pceltFetched
- UInt32
[out] Actual number of toolbox tabs retrieved.
Returns
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
