Determines whether or not a project is able to start a deployment operation.

Parameters
- dwOptions
- UInt32
[in] Options governing the deployment process. Currently, there are no defined options and dwOptions
is always zero.
- pfSupported
- Int32[]
[out, optional] Flag that is set to true
if the project supports deployment.
- pfReady
- Int32[]
[out, optional] Flag that is set to true
if the project is ready to start the deployment process. This flag is currently unused.
Returns
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
