Returns a combination of __FONTCOLORFLAGS values. The member of the __FONTCOLORFLAGS enumeration define how the Fonts and Colors properties page in the Options dialog box implements font and color changes.

dwFlags: UInt32

[out] Reference to a __FONTCOLORFLAGS enumeration containing the font color flags.

Int32

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.

The dwFlags parameter specifies a bitmap bit-wise OR of members of the __FONTCOLORFLAGS enumeration that indicates how to handle font and color changes.
