Determines if a file exists in the RDT or on disk.

Parameters
- wszFilename

[in] The name of the file.
- fOnlyCheckOnDisk
- Int32
[in] A Boolean value. Set to true
to restrict the check to files on disk.
- pfExists
- Int32
[out] A Boolean value. Set to true
if the file exists.
Returns
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
