Returns an object list's capabilities.

Parameters

pgrfCapabilities: UInt32

[out] Specifies an object list's capabilities. Values are taken from the _LIB_LISTCAPABILITIES enumeration.

Returns

Int32

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
