Creates a new key to be used for signing, exporting to a file, and creating a new key container.

Parameters
- szFileLocation

[in] The location to save the key file.
- pbstrFileName
- String
[in] The name of the file in which to store the key.
Returns
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
Remarks
This method provides additional UIs to allow the user to pick from a list of signature algorithms to use. Currently only SHA-1 and SHA-256 are supported in the combo box.
