預設提供者是由 defaultProvider 組態檔專案的 屬性 <configProtectedData> 所識別。 值必須對應至區段子區段中<configProtectedData>新增<providers>的其中一個提供者名稱。
<configProtectedData>區段也可以透過 類別的ProtectedConfigurationSection實例來存取。
