GetValue(Int32)

值太大，無法以 .NET 的 Decimal 儲存。

對於 null 資料庫資料行來說，這個方法會傳回 DBNull。這個方法傳回的值可能是從 Oracle 的 Number 數據類型轉換為 .NET Decimal 類型的結果。如果值太大而無法儲存在 .NET Decimal 中，這個方法會 OracleException 擲回溢位例外狀況的。
