備註
一個 DateTime 物件由一個 Kind 欄位組成,該欄位指示時間值是基於當地時間、協調世界時(UTC)或兩者皆非,以及一個 Ticks 欄位,包含以 100 奈秒刻數計算的時間值。 該SpecifyKind方法會使用指定的kind參數和原始時間值建立一個新DateTime物件。
