Gets the trust relationship between this domain and the specified domain.

A TrustRelationshipInformation object that represents the trust relationship between this domain and the specified domain.
Exceptions
There is no trust relationship with the Forest that is specified by the targetForestName
parameter.
A call to the underlying directory service resulted in an error.
The target server is either busy or unavailable.
