GetRequestStream 方法會起始傳送數據至因特網資源的要求，並傳回傳送數據至因特網資源的 Stream 實例。

GetRequestStream 方法提供同步存取 Stream。 針對異步存取，請使用 BeginGetRequestStream 和 EndGetRequestStream 方法。
