備註

此方法正確地處理浮點值，因此 2.0 傳回 true，而 2.2 傳回 false。

false 的傳回值並不表示 IsOddInteger(TSelf) 會傳回 true。 具有小數部分的數位，例如，3.3，甚至不是或奇數。
