備註

服務端點必須已啟用異動流程，並且其方法必須流動異動。 轉換的原則判斷提示全都遵照 WS-Policy 判斷提示標準。

當基礎結構建置已啟用異動流程之服務的 Proxy 時，主要會使用這個類別。 呼叫 IPolicyImportExtension.ImportPolicy 方法會將 TransactionFlowBindingElement 執行個體新增至繫結項目的 PolicyConversionContext 集合，。 這也會在轉換內容合約中存在的集合上 Operations ，視需要新增 TransactionFlowAttribute 實例。
