實作此介面的資源管理員會透過 EnlistPromotableSinglePhase 類別上的 方法Transaction，將它內部非分散式交易的認可控制權委派給交易上的System.Transactions登記。

ITransactionPromoter.Promote如果呼叫 方法，則此介面的實作必須以傳播令牌的形式產生分散式交易，並將其傳回至 System.Transactions。
