The .NET Framework internally constructs a new instance of the SubMenuStyleCollectionEditor class when you select, for example, the ellipsis button (…) on the LevelSubMenuStyles row in the Properties grid of the visual designer when designing a Menu control or a control that is derived from the Menu class.
