以零起始的索引，用來指出要移除之項目範圍的開頭。

要從 index 指定之位置開始移除的項目數。

當 index 或 count 小於零，或者 index 大於或等於 Count 時引發。

當 index 和 count 未指定此集合中的有效範圍時引發。

剩餘集合專案的索引可以調整以反映移除的集合專案。
