參數
pProcess [在]ICorDebugProcess 物件的指標，代表包含已終結連線的進程。
dwConnectionId [在]已毀損連線的 ID。
備註
DestroyConnection當主機在裝載 API 中呼叫 ICLRDebugManager：：EndConnection 時，將會引發回呼。
