Sequences help sales managers enforce best practices by providing a series of steps sellers can follow for successful customer engagements. Emails are one of the most common ways to contact current and potential customers. Sales managers can now experiment with different emails (subject lines and/or different content) to find the most effective versions that drive customers to open these emails and take the desired action. Data-driven decisions like these take the guesswork out of the sales process and improve customer communications leading to better business outcomes.
