在您的 Microsoft Exchange 混合式部署中，從內部部署 Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 Edge Transport Server 傳送至 Exchange Online 的電子郵件訊息會顯示為來自外部聯繫人的電子郵件訊息，而不是來自組織內的電子郵件訊息。 當您在電子郵件訊息中檢視寄件者時，不會顯示其組織資訊。 相反地，它們會顯示為組織外部的聯繫人。

如果您檢查從內部部署環境傳送至 Exchange Online 的電子郵件訊息的郵件標頭，您會看到下列標頭，指出已篩選跨單位標頭的Edge Transport Server：

原因

如果 CloudServicesMailEnabled Send 連接器上的 參數設定為 False，就會發生此問題。

解決方案

如果要解決這個問題，請依照下列步驟執行。

  1. 請確定 Edge Transport Server 與內部傳輸伺服器之間已設定邊緣同步處理。

  2. 請確定Edge Transport Server 上已安裝第三方憑證，而且已在憑證上啟用 SMTP 服務。

    若要檢視伺服器上的憑證，請執行下列命令：

    Get-ExchangeCertificate | where {$_.rootcatype -eq "ThirdParty"} | ft ft thumbprint,services

  3. 如果已啟用 SMTP 服務，請在第三方憑證上啟用 SMTP 服務。 若要這樣做，請執行下列命令。

    注意事項

    如果系統提示您以新的憑證取代現有的憑證，請選取 [否]。

    Get-ExchangeCertificate | where {$_.rootcatype -eq "ThirdParty"} |Enable-ExchangeCertificate -Services SMTP

  4. 請確認已在用來將電子郵件訊息傳送至 Exchange Online 的傳送連接器上正確設定下列參數。

    FQDN : Mail.<domain>.com
TlsDomain : mail.protection.outlook.com
TlsAuthLevel : DomainValidation
RequireTLS : True

  5. 如果步驟 4 中的參數不存在，請在內部傳輸伺服器上執行下列命令來設定這些參數：

    Set-SendConnector "<name of the sender connector used for sending email messages to Exchange Online>" -FQDN "<One of the domains present in the Subject Name or Subject alternative name of the third-party certificate>" -RequiredTLS $true -TlsDomain mail.protection.outlook.com -TlsAutheLevel DomainValidation

    然後，執行下列命令來同步處理Edge Transport Server的變更：

    start-edgesynchronization

  6. 在用來將電子郵件訊息傳送至 Exchange Online 的傳送連接器上，將參數的CloudServicesMailEnabled值設定為 True。 如果有內部 Exchange 2013 伺服器，則可使用此參數。 若要執行此動作，請執行下列命令：

    Set-SendConnector "<name of the sender connector used for sending email messages to Exchange Online>" -CloudServicesMailEnabled:$true

  7. 如果內部傳輸伺服器正在執行 Microsoft Exchange 2010，請將 參數的msExchSmtpSendFlags值從 64 變更為 131136，此連接器用於將電子郵件訊息從內部部署環境傳送至 Exchange Online。 若要執行這項操作，請依照下列步驟執行。

    1. 取得傳送連接器的辨別名稱。 若要這樣做，請執行下列命令

      Get-SendConnector "<Name of Send connector used for sending email messages from on-premises to Exchange Online>" | fl DistinguishedName

    2. 開啟 ADSI 編輯器。

    3. 以滑鼠右鍵按兩下 [ADSI 編輯]，在 [選取 Well-Known 命名內容] 方塊中選取 [連線至]，選取 [設定]，然後選取 [確定]。

    4. 展開 [組態] 容器，然後找出下列專案：

      CN=Services，CN=Microsoft Exchage，CN=<您的 Exchange 組織>，CN=Exchange 系統管理群組 (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT) ，CN=路由群組，CN= Exchange 路由群組 (DWBGZMFD01QNBJR) ，CN=Connections

    5. 在右側，選取用於從內部部署環境傳送電子郵件訊息至 Exchange Online 的 [傳送連接器]，然後按兩下該連接器。

    6. 在 [屬性 編輯器] 索引標籤上msExchSmtpSendFlags，找出屬性，然後按兩下該屬性。 在 [ 值] 方塊中，將值變更 為 131136。
