您可以使用 Microsoft Mac 版 Outlook 2016 或 Mac 版 Outlook 2011 連線到 Microsoft Exchange Server 上的信箱。 當您傳送包含大型附件的電子郵件訊息時，您會在 Mac 版 Outlook 中收到下列錯誤訊息。

Error: Outlook cannot send the message <subject> because the message size exceeds the maximum limit set on the server.
Details: The message has been moved to the Drafts folder under On My Computer. Try reducing the message size by removing or resizing any large attachments, and then resend. If the problem persists, contact your administrator.

Error Code: -19738

或者，您會在收件匣中收到非傳遞報告 (NDR) ，如下所示：

Subject: Undeliverable: <subject>

Body:
Your message wasn't delivered to anyone because it's too large. The limit is 35 MB. Your message is <size of your message>.
User Name (User@domain.com)
