Get approval

Retrieve the properties of an approval object. This API request is made by an approver in the following scenarios:

For entitlement management

For PIM for Microsoft Entra roles

To get approval objects in PIM for Microsoft Entra roles:

To get approval objects in PIM for groups:

GET /identityGovernance/privilegedAccess/group/assignmentApprovals/{id}

Request headers

Name Description
Authorization Bearer {token}. Required. Learn more about authentication and authorization.

Request body

Don't supply a request body for this method.

Response

If successful, this method returns a 200 OK response code and the requested approval object in the response body. However, if the caller does not have the right permissions, the method returns a 403 Forbidden response code.
