Feature details
Patient journey orchestration helps healthcare providers deliver a seamless and personalized experience to patients, from initial awareness through ongoing care management. It also enables healthcare organizations to provide better patient care, improve operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
The patient journey capability in Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare has been offered in preview since February 2023. We've upgraded the Patient outreach solution to support Dynamics 365 Marketing capabilities with real-time journeys. For 2023 release wave 2, we'll make the patient journey capability generally available.
