監看員類型的定義。

creationTime	取得或設定建立時間。
description	取得或設定描述。
etag	取得或設定資源的 etag。
executionFrequencyInSeconds	取得或設定叫用監看員的頻率。
lastModifiedBy	上次修改監看員的使用者詳細數據。
lastModifiedTime	取得或設定上次修改的時間。
location	資源所在的地理位置
scriptName	取得或設定監看員附加的腳本名稱，也就是現有 Runbook 的名稱。
scriptParameters	取得或設定腳本的參數。
