PriorityMixPolicy interface

指定具有彈性協調流程模式之擴展集內現成和一般優先順序 VM 的目標分割。有了這個屬性，客戶就能夠指定建立為 VMSS flex 實例的一般優先順序 VM 基底數目，以及達到此基底目標之後，現成和一般優先順序 VM 之間的分割。

屬性

baseRegularPriorityCount	將在此擴展集中建立的一般優先順序 VM 基底數目，因為它會相應放大。
regularPriorityPercentageAboveBase	達到基底一般優先順序計數之後，預期會使用一般優先順序的 VM 實例百分比。
