StepState 代表動作中步驟的狀態。

屬性

endTime	步驟處理達到其終止狀態的時間戳記，採用 ISO 8601 格式。 注意：這個屬性不會串行化。 它只能由伺服器填入。
message	提供狀態值其他內容的訊息。 可能是空的，或在失敗時包含診斷資訊。 注意：這個屬性不會串行化。 它只能由伺服器填入。
