AutoPause：資料庫會在當月剩餘時間的可用限制用盡時自動暫停。

BillForUsage：資料庫會在免費限制用盡時繼續上線，並收取任何超額費用。
KnownFreeLimitExhaustionBehavior 可以與 FreeLimitExhaustionBehavior 互換使用，此枚舉包含服務支援的已知值。
