代表提取請求的註解線程。 線程包含有關其保留文件的元數據以及一或多個註釋（初始註釋和後續回复）。

屬性

comments	註解清單。
id	註解線程 ID。
identities	與此線程相關的身分識別集
isDeleted	指定是否刪除討論串，這會在刪除所有註解時發生。
lastUpdatedDate	此線程上次更新的時間。
