The UserInformation element is an optional child element of the Settings element in Settings command requests that serves as a container node that is used to request a list of a user's email addresses from the server. The list of a user's email addresses can be useful, for example, for ensuring that the user is not included when performing a Reply to All operation to an email message.
In a request, the UserInformation element contains the Get element to indicate that the server is to return all available email addresses for the user.
The Settings command (section 2.2.1.18) supports read-only access to the list of a user's various email addresses via the Get element. The client is unable to write this information.

The client indicates the protocol version being used by setting either the MS-ASProtocolVersion header, as specified in [MS-ASHTTP] section 2.2.1.1.2.6, or the Protocol version field, as specified in [MS-ASHTTP] section 2.2.1.1.1.1, in the request.
