2.2.3.49.3 DisplayName (FolderCreate and FolderUpdate)
The DisplayName element is a required child element of the FolderCreate element in FolderCreate command requests and a required child element of the FolderUpdate element in FolderUpdate command requests. In both contexts, it specifies the name of the folder that is shown to the user.

The DisplayName element value MUST be between 1 and 256 characters in length.
