Invokes the method that handles the VectorChanged event of an observable vector.

Parameters
sender [in]
Type: IObservableVector<T>*The observable vector that changed.
e [in]
Type: IVectorChangedEventArgs*The description of the change that occurred in the vector.
Return value
Type: HRESULT
If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
