標準 DateTime 格式字串
標準 DateTime 格式字串是由表示自訂 DateTime 格式字串的單一標準 DateTime 格式規範字元所組成，格式字串最後會定義由格式化作業所產生之 DateTime 物件的文字表示。請注意，包含一個以上字母字元 (包括泛空白字元 (White Space)) 的任何 DateTime 格式字串都會解譯為自訂 DateTime 格式字串。

DateTimeFormatInfo 屬性
