Remarks
The SPMobileMailToSpecificField control uses a child link control to actually render the link with text in the following form.
mailto:E-mail Address
E-mail Address is the address that appears in the To field of the outgoing message when it opens. If the mobile device is not capable of sending e-mail, the control uses a simple child label control to render the e-mail address alone.
