Microsoft® Exchange Server Analyzer 工具會查詢 CIM_Datafile Microsoft Windows® Management Instrumentation (WMI) 類別，檢查數個核心 Exchange 二進位檔是否存在：

若 Exchange Server Analyzer 發現有一或多個檔案遺失，就會顯示一則錯誤。若要解決此錯誤，請安裝您 Exchange 版本的最新 Service Pack 或更新彙總套件。若此錯誤持續存在，請執行 Exchange 2000 Server 或 Exchange Server 2003 安裝程式，並選取 [重新安裝]。以「重新安裝」模式執行安裝程式時，只會安裝二進位檔案。這種安裝模式並不會移除或重設任何使用者資料或組態資料。如果要重新安裝 Exchange Server，則還必須重新安裝所有先前安裝的 Exchange Service Pack 或 Hotfix。
若要重新安裝 Exchange 2000 Server 或 Exchange Server 2003
登入您要重新安裝 Exchange 的伺服器。將 Exchange 2000 Server 或 Exchange Server 2003 CD 插入光碟機。
在 [開始] 功能表上，按一下 [執行]，然後鍵入 ****<drive>:\setup\i386\setup，其中 <drive> 是您的光碟機。
在 [歡迎使用 Microsoft Exchange 安裝精靈] 頁面中，按 [下一步]。
在 [授權合約] 頁面中，閱讀合約內容。若您同意其中的條款，請按 [我同意]，然後按 [下一步]。
在 [產品識別] 頁面中，鍵入您的 25 位數產品金鑰，然後按 [下一步]。
在 [元件選取項目] 頁面中，於 [動作] 直欄中，使用 [Microsoft Exchange] 節點旁的下拉箭頭，並選取 [重新安裝]，然後按 [下一步]。
